While exercising your body movement increases and this leads to a more efficient circulation of blood throughout the body. The working of the lungs and the heart speeds up and both these organs ensure a proper flow of oxygen rich blood to your muscles and skin. The sufficient flow of blood to the skin provides it with a natural and healthy glow. Additionally, the excessive sweating that takes place during a workout session flushes out the impurities and dirt particles out of your skin pores. This helps to clear out the skin and helps it to retain the natural moistures that are already present in the skin. It is important to wipe out the sweat with a clean tissue or else the dirt or impurities might get pulled back in the pores.
